Job Description

  • Preparing Schedules of Preventive Maintenance (PM) work and issuing Purchasing Order (PO) in the system (ARIBA) for new and existing maintenance contract.
  • Performing a Goods Receipt in ARIBA to facilitate vendor invoicing and payment.
  • Liaising with the vendors, Central Procurement, as well as Office of Finance on all PO and payment matters.
  • Assisting in any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in any field.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications.
  • Resourceful with good communication skills, and a team player.
  • This temp role requires a 12-month commitment.
