Job Description

This role is responsible in ensuring a well-maintained IT building & facilities.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct daily checks of the building and office facilities.
• Report to the Campus Asset Management department for any maintenance or repairs required.
• Follow-up and ensure that all maintenance and repair works had been carried out and problem rectified.
• Ensure that the offices, meeting rooms, pantries and toilets are cleaned by the cleaners daily.
• Any other general admin works & ad-hoc building & facilities maintenance related assignments.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building & Facilities Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 year relevant working experience
