Temporary Management Support Staff (Clinic Operations)

Job Description

University Health Centre (UHC) set up under NUS, is a holistic healthcare provider for the entire NUS community.  You will provide triage and administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient running of clinic’s operations, during and after 2023 Pre-admission medical examination period.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•    Conduct temperature screening, register patients and visitors to ensure protocols and screening measures     
     are implemented safely.
•    Organize, sort and file reports.
•    Scan, upload, and archive of documents.
•    Perform data entry task.
•    Assist with medical examination duties.
•    Other ad hoc clinic and administrative supports as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

•    Good planning and organizational skills 
•    Able to work independently as well as part of the team 
•    Meticulous and good service-oriented attitude
•    Basic Microsoft Office skills
