Job Description
- Assist with administrative work, data entry (e.g. updating of internal data base on prices).
- Site visits to help with data collection, photo taking etc.
- Assist in doing cold calling and site viewings with prospects
- Assist in vetting of tender documents and renewal letters, etc.
- Responding to leasing enquiries.
- Liaising with tenants on adhoc follow ups including menu design and updates, operating hours etc.
- Other adhoc tasks assigned.
Qualifications
1.Open to fresh graduates – relevant academic qualifications in real estate or marketing is preferred.
2.Pro-active, positive attitude, adaptable, good inter-personal communication skills, able to handle
administrative/paper work and open to pick up marketing.
