Job Description

This incumbent will strategize and manage the marketing and outreach of the full time and part time MSc – Applied Biomedicine programme. End-to-end administration of the programme throughout the student lifecycle, including student admission, handling student enquiries, student module registration, exams, arranging academic consultations, capstone projects, managing programme website, etc. Faculty level liaison for all MSc coursework programmes under DGS. Provide other administrative support to DGS, as deemed necessary.


1. Strategic management and administration of MSc- Applied Biomedicine coursework programme

  • Plan, strategize and conduct recruitment drives, outreach and admissions for the programme in order meet / exceed revenue and profit targets
  • End-to-end administration of the student lifecycle - course scheduling and registration matters for students, course feedback, management of exams, degree conferment and graduation of both full time and part time students enrolling in the programme.
  • Critical analysis of student feedback followed by continuous engagement with key stakeholders to improve and enhance the programme and its curriculum
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to produce online marketing materials for the programme 
  • Manage all financial aspects of the programme 
  • Manage the programme website content updates in a timely manner.

2. Key faculty liaison for all MSc coursework programmes parked under DGS

  • Provide consultation guidance and feedback on the various SOPs involved for programme proposals, university approvals for all MSc coursework programmes
  • Review and analysis all MSc coursework programmes parked under DGS and providing necessary advice and support to the Vice-Dean, where necessary 
  • Manage the academic governance of all the MSc coursework programmes under DGS

3. Management of administrative functions of the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs (OPA) under DGS

  • Plan and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the career pathways of postdocs in NUSMed
  • Manage OPA’s activities and provide administrative support to the OPA Director in its day to day operations.
  • Engage with various stakeholders and industry partners to establish collaborative initiatives as part of growing and nurturing the post doc talents in NUSMed.

And any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time


  • A Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • Experience in the education industry is advantageous
  • Effective Communication (written and verbal)
  • A meticulous individual with strong customer orientation and multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to manage budgets and analyze the impact of key business decisions and actions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with AI platforms that aid in data driven decision making, will be an added advantage.
