Shape the Future of Postgraduate Medical Education at NUS – Join Us as a Senior Executive!
Are you passionate about higher education and ready to play a pivotal role in the administration of NUS’s esteemed postgraduate medical programmes? We’re looking for an organised, forward-thinking Senior Executive to join our dedicated team!
1) Manage and administer the assigned postgraduate program (s) including liaisons with all stakeholders.
• Plan and execute planned tasks within stipulated timelines and without show-stoppers
• Immediate escalation of issues (potential or otherwise) and resolution of any unforeseen problems and incidents that may happen
• Conduct debrief/feedback sessions for potential continuous improvements
2) Perform secretarial duties support to Family Medicine Committee(s) as well as to all stakeholders
• Accurate minutes of the meeting or file notes, preferably within 48 hours from the meeting/discussion
• Communicate unambiguously to provide and/or exchange both confidential and non-confidential information accurately in all situations while upholding NUHS core values as well as DGMS’ reputation and integrity as an exams Division
3) Responsible for the handling of all post-Exam /Course events and logistics including (where applicable) marks data-entry via Microsoft Excel, Board of Examiners’ meeting and reports.
• 100% accuracy in exam results and the names of students who will be conferred NUS degrees
• Compile and maintain accurate databases for questions and exam statistics and to provide them when requested
Qualifications
A Bachelor Degree in any discipline
• Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous
• Effective communication (written and verbal)
• Problem-solving, and thinking on your feet skills
• A meticulous individual with strong customer orientation and multi-tasking abilities
• Microsoft Excel
