Job Description
The Senior Executive will provide end-to-end administrative support for 2–3 MSc programmes throughout the student lifecycle, from recruitment and admissions to graduation and degree conferment. The role also includes programme coordination, student support, budget follow-up, website upkeep, and business partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient programme operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage admissions and related processes for MSc programmes, including stackable Graduate Certificates/Diplomas.
- Support recruitment drives and handle application and admission enquiries with the engagement and outreach team.
- Manage student candidature matters, including course registration, exam processing, exam logistics, student feedback, graduation checks, and degree conferment.
- Provide timely support and responses to student enquiries throughout their candidature.
- Work with the central venue consignment team to assign venues for programme courses.
- Support business partnering, business continuity planning, and process improvements to enhance programme efficiency.
- Develop and maintain SOPs for programme management and support curriculum review activities.
- Manage programme budget matters, including tuition fee and acceptance fee follow-ups, as well as lecturer engagement letters and payment tracking.
- Coordinate programme events such as orientation sessions, commencement dinners, and education fairs.
- Maintain and update programme websites regularly.
- Provide other administrative support to DGS as required.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sciences, from a recognized university.
- 1–2 years of administrative experience in the tertiary education sector is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Highly collaborative and detail-oriented, with a strong team spirit.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Ability to manage programme budgets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
