Job Description
We are looking for a service-oriented and highly organised Senior Executive to support the smooth delivery of Continuing Education & Training (CET) and Executive Education programmes at NUS Medicine. This role is central to learner experience—fronting learner enquiries, coordinating programme logistics end-to-end, supporting SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP) operations, and ensuring compliance with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) requirements, including claims and audit documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Programme & Class Operations (End-to-end)
- Ensure each course/programme session is fully prepared, including classroom setup, e-attendance links (where applicable), learner materials, and post-session administration (e.g., certificates).
- Coordinate closely with programme owners and teaching faculty to ensure classes run smoothly.
Learner Services & Issue Resolution
- Serve as the first point of contact for learners’ enquiries.
- Resolve administrative matters such as fee payment, intake postponements, curriculum-related queries, and general programme support.
SCTP Administration & Placement Support
- Support SCTP programme owner in screening and selecting suitable applicants.
- Assist in sourcing employers and supporting job placement efforts for graduands.
SSG / SCALE Liaison, Claims & Compliance
- Liaise with SCALE and relevant stakeholders on SSG-related matters (claims, policies, and guidelines).
- Track SSG claims disbursement and subsequent revenue disbursement to programme owners.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to SSG policies in day-to-day operations.
Audit & Reporting
- Prepare audit documents and reports for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., NUS/NUSMed Audit, SCALE/SSG).
- Ensure timely submission of required documentation and minimise administrative lapses.
Executive Education Concierge Support
- Provide concierge-level support to Executive Education participants to enhance learner experience and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience (preferably in higher education or healthcare sectors)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service mindset
- Positive, motivated, and able to work under pressure
- Meticulous, well-organised, and strong in coordination and follow-through
- Open-minded with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
