Research Fellow (Biological Sciences)

Job Description

The successful candidate will work with Dr. Luo Min, focusing on RNA biology and cryo-EM studies.

The main responsibilities of the position include: 
1. Performing research independently. 
2. Mentoring graduate/undergraduate students.

Qualifications

Qualifications / Discipline:
• PhD in Biology or related field. 
• Graduating PhD students, with strong background in RNA biology and structural biology are welcome to apply.

Skills:
• Strong skills in RNA study, cloning, protein biochemistry, membrane protein purification, kinetic assay, structural biology, and model building.

Experience:  
• Experience with membrane protein structural biology is highly preferred.
• Strong publication track record in structural biology.
• Have at least 3 first-author paper published in peer-reviewed journals.
