This role will monitor and manage the operations of the feedback management systems and related automation infrastructures, and coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth collection of feedback data on medical undergraduate courses/postings in NUS and Healthcare Institutions (HCIs), teaching hours contributions from medical teachers from the school and HCIs. The role will also be in charge of data rectification, preparation, analysis and visualization of the collected data. These efforts are vital to assess and improve the quality of the School’s medical undergraduate curriculum, and help the school identify and recognize teaching staff who are contributing to quality medical education

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage feedback systems, automation infrastructure and internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely feedback data collection
• Prepare analysis and visualization of collected feedback data, in support of curriculum development and continuous quality improvement efforts in the School
• Business Process Re-engineering and Change Management
• Provide on-site operational support for NUS Medicine clinical exams and other activities critical to our education mission.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with ideally at least 3 years of work experience
• Highly self-motivated individual who is able to work independently as well as in a team
• Resourceful, meticulous and creative individual who can adapt in a fast-moving high-pressure environment
• Possess good organization, interpersonal and communication skills (in both verbal and writing) to handle stakeholders of various levels, displaying tact and discretion in handling sensitive information
• Work experience in the healthcare or education industry would be advantageous
• Work experience with data automation, visualization and analytics tools (e.g. power-bi and power-query) will be advantageous
