The Department of Real Estate, Business School, The National University of Singapore (NUS) invites applications for full-time, educator track position in real estate investment and asset and property management.

The Department aspires to advance holistic knowledge of real estate and urban development for sustainable and inclusive urbanization in Asia through innovative research and teaching. The Department has an excellent research track record and connection with global research communities in real estate finance and urban economics. While we seek candidates with outstanding research in broad areas relating, urban land use and development, asset and property management, real estate valuation, strategic asset management, design and construction and those with backgrounds in real estate investment analysis, advanced real estate economics are also encouraged to apply.

Candidates should possess a PhD degree or equivalent; with substantial teaching experience (preferably at Lecturer/Senior Lecturer level) for Associate Professor and PhD degree or equivalent; with approximately 5 or more years of teaching experience (preferably at Lecturer level) for Senior Lecturer. The appointee will be involved in teaching at undergraduate and/or graduate levels and undertake administrative duties, where required.
