Admin Assistant (12-Month Contract)

Job Description

This person will work closely with the other contract management team members and programme managers on matters related but not limited to:

  • Consolidate internship job descriptions to facilitate internship placement and update company master list
  • Prepare and collate signed agreements from internship companies
  • Drive and coordinate procurement and contract matters for instructors, assessors and mentors
  • Prepare training grant and invoices to bill internship companies
  • Monitor timely disbursement to students and payment from companies
  • Assist in preparation of supporting documents for visa application

 

This is an hourly rated position.

Qualifications

  • Diploma with at least 3 years working experience, preferably university degree
  • Mature disposition to manage internal and external stakeholders confidently
  • Experience in administrative support role
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Meticulous and attention to details
  • Highly organised and able to multi-task
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications and savvy with web applications including MS 365 Office Applications (MS Form, MS Power Automate etc) and DocuSign.
