Job Description

Job Purpose

Support the programme administration, assessments and instructional teaching materials for Department of Biomedical Informatics (DBMI) undergraduate and postgraduate degrees and other educational initiatives..

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Support and project manage programme administration of the undergraduate, postgraduate degrees and other educational initiatives in Biomedical Informatics 
-  Programme administration/logistics including class scheduling, module registration and examination matters 
-  Programme quality assurance for curriculum content improvement and brand equity

2. Support the curriculum administration, operations, marketing and outreach activities

3. Support and work with all the faculty course owners on curriculum content to develop instructional and assessment materials 
 

Qualifications

• Recognised university degree with at least 4 years of relevant work experience in institutes of higher learning
• ACTA or DACE certification is advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Copywriting experience with strong written and oral communication skills
• Meticulous, self-initiated, well-organised and able to work independently or in a team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels of staff as well as students
• Positive attitude and able to multi-task and work under pressure and tight deadlines
