Research Engineer (Simulation and Analytics)

Job Description

The successful candidates will contribute to research activities related to use of simulation and analytics to construction management. The candidate shall work under the supervision of the Principal Investigator (PI) and Co-PI to conduct academic research and administrative work. Specific job activities may include:
 

•    Conduct literature review on topics related to the project;
•    Design simulation and analytics related studies, experiments and analyses;
•    Collect and clean data obtained from collaborators;
•    Liaise with collaborators on meetings and data collections;
•    Write research papers, reports and proposals;
•    And any other tasks required by the principal investigator.

Job Requirements

•    A Master within the fields of construction management or related field;
•    Strong smart production planning and scheduling and AI technologies background;
•    Expertise in multi-agent DRL, specifically within the prefabricated construction industry ;
•    Willing to learn, independent, leadership qualities, team player, professional, proactive, communicative, and responsible; and
•    Strong English writing and communication skills.
