Centre Manager for Bezos Centre (3-year term contract, renewable)

Job Description

The Bezos Centre requires an experienced individual to support Centre Director on sustainable protein program and centre operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the administration and managing centre operation.

Qualifications

1. Lead the centre administration and operation, ensure smooth functioning and efficient resources management.
2. Assist Centre Director on strategic planning and developing initiatives to support the centre goals and objectives.
3. Assist in monitoring the deliverables, reporting and communication.  
4. Engaging with stakeholders including faculty, researchers, industry partners, and government bodies.
5. Facilitate partnerships with external organizations to enhance funding opportunities and expedite commercialization.
6. Execute tasks related to centre operation including budget management, project coordination, event planning, outreach and publicity.
7. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
