Research Assistant (Cancer Science Institute)

Duties & Responsibilities
•    Perform bioinformatics analyses related to RNA biology.
•    Assist in data processing, storage, and management. 
•    Apply computational tools to analyze large-scale NGS datasets.
•    Contribute to the design and implementation of research protocols.
•    Collaborate with team members to publish results in scientific journals.
 

Qualifications

•    Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genetics, or a related field.
•    Experience in RNA biology research or (epi)genomic data analysis is highly desirable.
•    Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis.
•    Familiarity with (epi)genomic databases and RNA sequencing data processing tools.
•    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
