Job Description

You will be part of the NUS College administrative team working with the Vice Dean (Special Programmes) to coordinate and develop the special programmes at the college.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Lead end-to-end programme logistics and event management, including planning, coordination, and execution of overseas programmes and related events
  2. Manage and strengthen stakeholder relationships across different Global Pathways programmes, serving as a key liaison with partner organisations, host institutions, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication, alignment, and smooth programme delivery
  3. Administer operational processes for international programmes, including application workflows, grant and award administration and maintenance of databases, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
  4. Manage accounts by maintaining accurate financial records and monitoring budgeting
  5. Support informed decision-making processes for flagship programmes through organising and analysing data from various sources
  6. Provide proactive coordination and advisory support to faculty who are facilitating the design and implementation of academic components, and ensuring alignment between academic objectives and programme execution
  7. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with other administrative teams within the NUS College Deanery, ensuring alignment of processes, efficient resource utilisation, and seamless programme delivery
  8. Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational enhancement, contributing to the continuous strengthening of programme delivery and student experience

Qualifications

  • A recognised University degree
  • Interested in advancing innovative undergraduate education
  • 4 to 6 years of work experience preferred
  • Knowledge of data analysis concepts and techniques
  • Ability to prepare accurate basic financial reports and spreadsheets
  • Organized, meticulous and able to work independently
  • Enjoys interacting with faculty members and students
