Job Description

The role provides administrative and operational support for the Institute’s educational programmes, student activities, events and stakeholder engagements, while supporting day-to-day Institute operations. It ensures the effective coordination and smooth delivery of key activities and initiatives in support of the Institute’s strategic objectives.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the student and educational activities, including industry talks, capstone gallery walks and other Institute initiatives.
  • Manage the end-to-end administration and delivery of executive education programmes, including scheduling, budgeting, participant and instructor coordination, logistics, course materials, marketing support, feedback and reporting.
  • Support programme and Institute communications, including EDMs designing, LinkedIn content, e-greeting card and stakeholder communications.
  • Maintain and update the Institute’s stakeholder, activities and event database, and track collaborations regularly.
  • Manage general Institute administration, including role-based email accounts, mailing lists, meeting coordination, facilities bookings, staff welfare and asset management.
  • Serve as the Institute’s risk and business continuity plan coordinator for data submission, compliance matters and follow-up actions.
  • Support the planning and delivery of Institute events such as roundtables and public lectures, including participant registration, venue arrangements, publicity, catering, procurement and vendor coordination.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for internal and external meetings and engagements.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned in support of the Institute’s strategic and operational objectives.

 

Qualifications and Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university, preferably in finance, marketing and business administration 
•    At least 3 years of experience in administration and educational programme management, preferably in an institute of higher learning 
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
•    Strong interpersonal and stakeholder relationship management skills 
•    Proven experience in programme and event management 
•    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 
•    Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a high level of initiative 
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and graphic design software such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or Canva.
