Job Description

Seeking Asst Prof in Catalysis/Polymer Chemistry/Material sciences with at least 2 years of post-doctoral experience and Ph.D training from reputable universities with good publications to join NUS Chemistry. 

The candidate is expected to lead an independent internationally research group in his field and be competitive for external research funding. Aside from research, s/he should have a strong commitment to teaching at undergraduate and graduate levels, and supervise undergraduate, master and doctoral students. Other non- exhaustive responsibilities may include administrative position in the department.

Qualifications

The candidate should possess at least 2-3 years of post-doctoral experience from a reputable university and has mentored undergraduate or graduate students and undertook some teaching responsibilities as a teaching assistant during his Ph.D studies.
