All programmes are designed and developed in consultation with the industry to ensure relevance and currency

About the Rol


To augment our manpower resources in the School, we are looking for a suitably qualified candidate to join our SCALE-Global unit as Business Development and Programme Management Assistant


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support the business development, marketing, and programme management functions of our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution and delivery of programmes, and in supporting outreach efforts that drive visibility and engagement


This role is offered on a six-month, fixed-term contract basis


Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and logistical support for programme planning and delivery.
• Assist in marketing and outreach efforts, including drafting commentaries, creating social media content, designing promotional materials, and preparing email campaigns. Experience in digital and social media marketing is an advantage. Familiarity with the active aging space or lifelong learning would be a strong plus.
• Support promotional and recruitment events, such as information sessions and external outreach activities.
• Deliver excellent student support, ensuring a positive experience and high levels of satisfaction throughout the programme.
• Assist with procurement and administrative processes related to programme needs.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects or tasks as assigned by the supervisor or Head of Department.

Qualifications

Academic & Professional Certification
• Minimum Polytechnic Diploma; a Bachelor's degree is preferred


Experience and Skills
• Good verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills with a positive work attitude.
• IT savvy and proficient in MS Office applications. familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Sitefinity) is a plus.
• Prior experience in marketing, programme management, and/or event/conference coordination is advantageous.
• Familiarity with the active aging sector or lifelong learning initiatives is a bonus.
• Experience in digital and social media marketing is a strong asset.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• A meticulous, resourceful, and resilient team player who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
