Responsible for the operational and administrative management of various business-related functions. 
Incumbent will report to the Senior Manager for Admissions and to a functional manager for the various project reporting:
Alumni Relations
1.    Acquire and collate alumni data from various sources e.g. SAB. MOHH.
2.    Maintain alumni database and track performance of graduates from Duke-NUS MD, MD-PhD programme for outcome management and submission of reports to Senior management.
3.    Develop and implement strategic programmes to support alumni in their career progression.
4.    Work alongside with DNMA (Duke NUS Medical Alumni) and the Office of Education (OoE) for Alumni-related events and activities organised by the school with the objective of strengthening the bonds between alumni and the school, e.g. Annual General Meeting (AGM)
5.    Implement strategies to attract and enhance alumni involvement in the school. 
6.    Manage alumni queries and any request for alumni related support.
Recruitment
7.    Support recruitment manager in organising, promoting and executing local outreach and recruitment activities, including open house, local university talks, special visits, local education fairs to ensure growth in attendance year on year. 
8.    Support recruitment manager in organising, promoting and executing overseas outreach and recruitment activities  including campus visits, overseas university talks, overseas education fairs to ensure growth in quality attendance year on year.
9.    Execute marketing plans i.e. digital marketing (SEO,SEM), and outreach events 
10.    Provide support in the organisation and the execution of recruitment activities 
Other Duties
11.    Manage the procurement of goods and services required by the office; maintain proper records and accounting for budget utilisation.
12.    Provide secretarial support for committee meetings.
13.    Perform other administrative duties, and/or participate in regular and ad-hoc projects, as may be assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications

1.    Degree or equivalent in a related discipline (e.g. Business Administration).
2.    Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
3.    Prior work experience in higher education and/or healthcare sectors would be advantageous.
4.    Proficient in data generation and analysis of data for reports.
5.    Meticulous, well-organised and able to multi-task.
6.    Possess good interpersonal skills, able to work well in teams and have supervisory capabilities.
7.    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and IT-savvy for management of the database system.
