Job Description
Responsible for the execution of human resource processess and transations for assigned areas of responsibilities in an accurate manner. These will include but not limited to the following:
- Process manpower invoices from institutions to ensure accuracy of the records.
- Issue benefit-related invoices to institutions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work closely with the various stakeholders for the provision and reversal of financial year-end accruals.
- Perform other related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Manager to support departmental operations
Qualifications
- Degree with 1 to 2 years of relevant work experiences.
- Entry level candidates or candidates with Diploma in Accountancy or related disciplines with at least 5 years of relevant work experience may also be considered.
- Meticulous and attentive to details
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with external stakeholders.
- Able to work independently as well as in teams.
- Proficient in general software applications that faciltate work operations such as Microsoft Office Programmes.
