Job Description

The Centre for Teaching, Learning and Technology (CTLT) seeks an Executive to join the Programme Team to manage projects, coordinate events, provide logistics and secretariat support, act as liaison with various departments and other administrative duties as assigned by management. 

 

The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to each of the following key areas:

 

1.Teaching Enhancement Grants (TEG)

  • Handle all administration, processes and co-ordination from the Call for proposals to the completion of learning improvement projects and learning communities
  • Liaise with TEG programme lead and provide content and materials for publicity and handle all enquiries from faculty teaching colleagues
  • Organize and provide secretarial support for review panel evaluation meetings and other briefings
  • Serve as main liaison for principal investigators / facilitators for grant documentation, NUS-IRB approvals, project variation, project extensions, project completion and follow-up on project outcomes
  • Organize poster symposiums or events to engage the teaching and learning communities in teaching innovations
  • Maintain accurate and updated data for reports, analysis and future planning

 

2. Programme, Secretariat and Conference Support

  • Liaise with programme leads / workshop facilitators and provide administration and logistical support for the delivery of workshops / sessions to participants
  • Co-ordinate department’s Academic Council meetings and provide logistical and secretarial support
  • Support the Programme Team in organizing conferences/ major events and handle various tasks in co-ordination and event management 

 

3. Other administrative tasks

  • Manage emerging projects targeted to start in June 2026
  • Any other duties assigned by management

 

 

Qualifications

1. Fresh degree holders, or diploma holders with at least 2 years’ working experience in similar capacity may apply

2. Good spoken and written communication skills

3. Well-organized, meticulous and resourceful

4. Effective team player with excellent interpersonal skills

5. Positive work attitude and able to handle multiple tasks independently

6. Able to work interdependently across teams for cross-teams’ collaborations

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

8. Possess basic understanding of AI and skills in digital enablement, analytical tools and social media environment would be an advantage
