Job Description

The person in this position is responsible for providing administrative support for the various curriculum modules within the Programme of Learning in the Office of Education (OoE).
• Manage lab management and course operations within the MD Programme, including day-to-day classroom activities.
• Provide administrative support to faculty and students to ensure the smooth planning, coordination, and delivery of assigned courses or programmes. This includes assisting with cross-covering responsibilities and supporting colleagues with other courses when required.
• Manage functionalities of Student Learning Management Systems and learning resources for assigned courses or programmes, monitoring student submissions while maintaining effective communication with students and faculty.
• Assist in compiling data for relevant reports and support the MD Programme faculty, staff, and students in processing claims in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide administrative support to MD programme for all administration related matters and departmental activities. 
• Collaborate with colleagues from across Office of Education and SingHealth to operationalise assigned longitudinal learning activities across phases, including assessment-related activities.
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as assigned by reporting officer.

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
  • Prior work experience in an academic, healthcare or research environment would be advantageous.
  • Meticulous and well-organised, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to support operational and administrative functions.
