Job Description
• Manage enquiries and requests via the College of Design and Engineering Coursework Programmes mailbox, working with the postgraduate team to attend to programme-related matters and provide timely, professional responses.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless execution of Office of Graduate Programmes operations.
• Review and process applications meticulously, including academic credential verification, ensuring compliance with university policies and confidentiality of records.
• Manage end-to-end administrative processes pertaining to academic matters such as admission, candidature, registration, examinations, and commencement.
• Provide secretariat support for committee meetings and assist in orientation and commencement activities.
• Support shared services across coursework and research programmes as required.
• Manage and administer the full operational workflow of Continuing Education and Training (CET) programmes to maintain high efficiency and compliance.
• Plan CET programme schedules, support instructor deployment, manage participant registration, track attendance, collate feedback, and report to the SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) portal.
• Support programme operations and funding management for both SSG-funded and non-SSG-funded programmes.
• Prepare and support SSG audits and other external accreditation exercises.
• Handle new course proposals, course maintenance, marketing, and website updates.
• Oversee claims processing for SSG-funded courses and maintain CET programme assets.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and stakeholder experience.
Qualifications
• Good Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputable university.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in the education industry, with a good understanding of national training frameworks and education technologies. Applicants without experience in the education industry may also apply.
• Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Results-driven, meticulous, organized, self-motivated, and highly disciplined.
• Proactive, efficient, and able to multi-task effectively.
• Strong team player who can work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes, and engage effectively with people at different levels of the organization.
