About the Role

 

Reporting to the Head of Analytics & AI, you will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to implement AI-powered applications and analyse data to inform strategies that enhance student employability outcomes.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to design and implement AI-powered applications that enhance student career preparation.
  • Provide technical guidance and evaluate vendor-delivered AI/ML solutions to ensure that development on career-related platforms aligns with project goals, quality standards, and user requirements.
  • Identify and recommend AI tools to enhance career services, strengthen student engagement, and improve overall user experience.
  • Promote technology adoption, drive process automation, and streamline workflows, while staying current with emerging AI and data analytics trends.
  • Collect, clean, and analyse data from key surveys and other sources, conducting trend analyses and presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders to support decision-making and enhance career services and employability initiatives.
  • Maintain project timelines and ensure follow-ups on key deliverables, serving as a point of coordination across teams.
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations, such as handling documentation, preparing records, and ensuring timely follow-up on career-related initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate processes, streamline communication, and support the smooth execution of internship and career-related activities.
  • Assist in procurement processes and contract management related to AI tools, platforms, and vendor services.

About You

 

  • A degree in quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or Physics.
  • Candidates from non-quantitative programmes with strong numeracy and analytical skills may also be considered.
  • Up to three years of relevant experience, fresh graduates with the required skills are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with data analytics tools and AI/ML technologies.
  • Experience in data analytics and managing AI-related products will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow are considered a plus.
  • Meticulous, well-organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative and service-oriented mindset.
