Job Description

AI Singapore (AISG) is a national AI programme launched by the National Research Foundation (NRF) to anchor deep national capabilities in Artificial Intelligence (AI).

The programme office is hosted by the National University of Singapore (NUS) and brings together all Singapore-based research institutions and the vibrant ecosystem of AI start-ups and companies developing AI products to perform use-inspired research, grow the knowledge, create the tools, and develop the talent to power Singapore's AI efforts.

AI Singapore is seeking a proactive and resourceful Executive/Senior Executive (Programmes & Partnerships) to drive partnership development within the AI Talent Development team. This role plays a pivotal role in scaling the reach and impact of our AI for Good initiatives by cultivating strategic collaborations and activating ecosystem partners across education, industry, and workforce sectors.

The ideal candidate is skilled in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and mobilise partners towards shared outcomes. The role requires both leveraging existing networks and building new relationships across Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), training providers, and workforce-related organisations to support the deployment of AI literacy programmes for working professionals and pre-employment training (PET) students.

Beyond partnership development, the role involves coordinating programme delivery with trainers and implementation partners, driving outreach to achieve learner participation and completion outcomes, and supporting data-driven reporting aligned with grant and organisational requirements. He/She must be comfortable working with participation targets and tracking learner outcomes to ensure programmes are delivered with measurable impact.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Partnership Development & Ecosystem Engagement
• Cultivate and maintain strategic collaborations with IHLs, workforce organisations, industry, and community partners to expand programme reach.
• Leverage existing networks and develop new partnerships to onboard organisations that can deploy AI literacy programmes across working professionals and PET students.
• Secure partner commitments for outreach, cohort hosting, and resource contributions.

2. Outreach & Participation Outcomes
• Lead outreach initiatives to achieve participation goals, measured primarily by learner reach and course completion rates.
• Monitor engagement pipelines (e.g., partnerships, cohorts planned, recruitment channels) to ensure programmes are on track to meet participation outcomes.
• Address drop-off points to improve conversion from awareness → registration → completion.

3. Programme Execution & Coordination
• Plan and implement AI literacy programmes end-to-end with timely, high quality delivery.
• Coordinate with trainers, facilitators, and subject-matter experts on schedules, content alignment, and classroom support.
• Manage logistics, materials, venues, and stakeholder requirements for smooth cohort execution.

4. Data, Reporting & Grant Compliance
• Maintain accurate records on participation, outreach, and completion.
• Prepare documentation, performance reports, and evidence for grant reporting, compliance, and milestone-based disbursements.
• Provide dashboards and insights to internal leadership and partners to support data-driven decision making.

5. Marketing, Communications & Engagement
• Develop and execute marketing plans and outreach campaigns to drive learner sign-ups and partner engagement.
• Produce communication materials and content to support awareness and recruitment.
• Monitor performance and refine approaches to improve engagement and completion.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; experience in government, education, tech, or workforce development sectors is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in partnership cultivation, stakeholder engagement, or ecosystem coordination across IHLs, industry, workforce organisations, or community networks.
• Results-driven and comfortable working towards quantified KPIs, particularly learner outreach and completion targets, as well as partnership deliverables and programme impact metrics.
• Strong project coordination skills with experience supporting end-to-end programme delivery, including liaising with trainers, facilitators, and external partners.
• Able to track programme outcomes, consolidate data, and support grant reporting, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups.
• Familiarity with AI literacy, education, innovation, or capacity-building initiatives is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and start-up-like environment with multiple stakeholders and evolving priorities.
