Job Description

AI Singapore (AISG) is a national AI programme launched by the National Research Foundation (NRF) to anchor deep national capabilities in Artificial Intelligence (AI). 
 
The programme office is hosted by the National University of Singapore (NUS) and brings together all Singapore-based research institutions and the vibrant ecosystem of AI start-ups and companies developing AI products to perform use-inspired research, grow the knowledge, create the tools, and develop the talent to power Singapore’s AI efforts

AI Singapore is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful Executive / Senior Executive to join the AI Talent Development team. This role plays a key part in driving the successful implementation of national and regional AI education initiatives through strong project management, strategic marketing, and effective stakeholder coordination.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a proven ability to manage complex programmes, craft compelling outreach strategies, and foster strong partnerships to drive meaningful and measurable outcomes

Duties & Responsibilities 

1. Programme Management
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve programme goals, outcomes, and success metrics.
• Support the planning and implementation of innovative, high-impact programmes across diverse audience segments.
• Oversee day-to-day execution to ensure programmes meet delivery timelines and quality standards.
• Support procurement processes, including sourcing vendors, requesting quotations, and coordinating with suppliers

2. Marketing and Outreach
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive programme awareness and participation.
• Create compelling outreach content and promotional materials tailored to different target audiences.
• Leverage a mix of digital, social, and traditional media channels to maximise reach and engagement

3. Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, partners, and programme participants.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships, providing timely and professional responses to enquiries.
• Collect and consolidate data and feedback from various programmes to support reporting, continuous improvement, and impact communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; experience in government, technology, or education sectors is preferred.
• Proven track record in event planning, programme execution, and marketing communications.
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with AI, education, or innovation-related initiatives is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and start-up-like environment.
