Job Description
- Gift Processing Administration: Oversee and manage the administration of gift processing and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with university policies.
- Crafting Writeups: Develop compelling and well-structured write-ups for funding needs, communicating effectively with stakeholders to support the Office's initiatives.
- Event and Logistics Administration: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of Student Life Office events. Manage logistics to ensure smooth operations and successful outcomes.
- Finance and Procurement: Support and handle procurement for Student Life Office events and submit and process finance claims.
- Other Duties: Support various events organized by the Student Life Office and the school, and participate in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline: At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Excellent Command of English: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to craft clear and engaging content.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous and thorough in all tasks to maintain high standards of accuracy and quality.
- Diligence: A proactive and dedicated approach to work, ensuring responsibilities are met efficiently and effectively.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team, contributing positively to the Office's dynamic environment.
- Independent Work: Capable of working independently, taking initiative, and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Employment type: Initial 2 years' contract, subject to renewal
