Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous, service-oriented, and forward-thinking individual to join the MSc Programmes Office as an Executive/Senior Executive (Partnership Programmes and SSG-funded courses). The primary focus of this role is to provide end-to-end support in programme administration for our partnership programmes and SSG-funded courses, with an emphasis on course administration, including enrolment processing, assessments, grading, and coordination of course delivery, as well as compliance with SSG funding requirements. This role will also maintain and update the Power BI dashboard and other reporting tools to support data tracking and reporting.

 

MSc Programme Administration and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Provide overall end-to-end support for NUS Business School-related aspects of the MSc in Smart Industries and Digital Transformation (MINT) and MSc in Supply Chain Management degree programmes.
  • Liaise with faculty members, MSc Programme Managers and external partners, and foster good rapport where possible, to ensure smooth operations across academic and administrative processes.
  • Maintain good rapport with key stakeholders (i.e. NUS Business School’s Department of Analytics and Operations, NUS College of Design and Engineering’s Department of Industrial Systems Engineering & Management and NUS School of Continuing and Lifelong Education).
  • Coordinate class timetable scheduling, course registration, marks processing, faculty communications and data preparation for student feedback.
  • Coordinate with the NUS School of Continuing and Lifelong Education (SCALE) on matters relating to processing of online applications and SSG-funding claims.
  • Coordinate with the NUS Business Analytics Centre to support classroom booking and circulation of marks to the Board of Examiners for the MSc in Business Analytics (MSBA) programme.
  • Handle Graduate Certificate applicants’ queries and feedback with professionalism and empathy.


Graduate Certificates / SSG-Funded Programme Administration and Compliance

  • Administer Graduate Certificates and SSG-funded courses in accordance with prevailing guidelines and requirements
  • Coordinate with NUS School of Continuing and Lifelong Education (SCALE) on application processing, enrolment matters, and SSG funding claims
  • Track participant enrolment, attendance, assessment outcomes, and completion status in line with funding requirements
  • Prepare and maintain proper documentation to support audits and compliance checks
  • Support submission and reconciliation of SSG funding claims and related reporting 

 

Operation Efficiency and Digital Initiatives (Added advantage)

  • Maintain and update the Power BI dashboard and other reporting tools for programme data tracking.
  • Support team-level digital initiatives, including Excel tracking and SharePoint tools, with potential to take on a broader digital initiatives role within the Programme Management team.


Other responsibilities:

  • Covering buddy for other partner programmes, including MSc in Venture Creation, MSc in Environmental Management, MSc in Digital Financial Technology.
  • Support MSc Programmes Office’s events such as orientations and graduation activities.
  • Support in new digital initiatives when required
  • Other duties assigned by the Head of MSc Programmes Office, Head of Programme Management and Team Lead of the MSc Partner Programmes Team.

Qualifications

  • A good Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in programme or course administration, preferably in higher education.
  • Familiarity with SSG-funded course administration, including funding claims, compliance requirements, and audit documentation, is highly advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; with the ability to communicate effectively (both written and spoken) with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience or interest in data tracking, reporting, or dashboard management (e.g. Excel, Sharepoint, Power BI) is desirable.
