NUS Centre for Future-ready Graduates (CFG) adopts a multipronged, student-centric approach to help them make sense of their strengths, refine their skills and demonstrate their value to employers. Beginning with the end in mind, CFG has developed a four-year roadmap to help enhance the employability of our graduates through a repertoire of skills programmes and industry focused experiential opportunities. About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Strategic Planning & Coordination, you will support end-end strategic planning and reviews of university wide programmes and initiatives. This includes planning, monitoring progress and milestones for high-impact projects, and supporting organisational development and operational excellence.
We are looking for:

- An organised coordinator who can multi-task effectively, navigate ambiguity, and follow through on details
- A strong communicator who possesses excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Someone tech-savvy, quick to adopt new tools, and keeps up with industry developments and best practices
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and execute university wide programmes and initiatives (e.g. NUS Cares, QAFU, NUSOne), with clear timelines, milestones, risk management, and reporting.
- Communicate and collaborate with colleagues across CFG and the wider university on strategic programmes and initiatives to align objectives, decisions, and deliverables.
- Support the planning, delivery, and evaluation of department-wide wellness and team building initiatives.
- Perform Secretariat duties at the Internship Steering Committee Meeting and other stakeholder communication and engagement platforms (e.g. work plan meetings/retreats) to identify and cascade key information on organisational performance
- Support or contribute to cross-functional projects or priorities as required
- All other special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements of the Role:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years working experience, preferably in corporate planning or strategic project management. Graduates with no experience will also be considered
- Keen acumen in synthesising information and substantiating recommendations with practical applications
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, coupled with professional discretion
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders across different business levels. Fluency in both written and spoken English is required
- Resilient and adaptable, with ability to work independently and collaboratively with partners and colleagues to manage change and achieve goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (especially Powerpoint and Excel)
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage
