Job Description

Benefits and Employee Recognition Processing:
•    Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including Group Medical and Non-Medical Insurances and other benefits.

•    Provide administrative support to employees by answering benefit-related inquiries, assisting with forms, and helping employees navigate benefits-related administrative processes.

•    Maintenance of benefit plan documents, policies, and procedures, making them easily accessible to employees.

•    Oversee the invoicing and billing process for benefit plans, reconciling bills, and ensuring payments are made accurately and on time.

•    Support the administration of employee recognition schemes e.g. Long Service Awards, Natioanl Day Awards

•    Processing claims under the Staff Tuition Concession scheme


Vendor Management:
•    Collaborate with benefits vendors to facilitate the smooth operation of benefit plans. This includes processing claims, resolving billing issues, and communicating with vendors on administrative matters.

•    Monitor and manage the claims processing workflow, ensuring that claims are processed efficiently and accurately. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues.


Data Management:
•    Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee benefits enrolment, claims, and other relevant data.

•    Generate reports to track benefits utilization and costs, assisting in decision-making and cost-control efforts.


Communication and Education:
•    Coordinate logistics for these events, including venues, schedules, and technical requirements.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in HR administration/employee benefits/vendor coordination will be considered favourably.
