  • Facilitate networking, mentoring and investor engagement opportunities to accelerate entrepreneurial success
  • Monitor and assess founder progress, providing targeted guidance and tailored interventions
  • Build strong collaborations with internal stakeholders and industry partners to expand innovation outcomes
  • Represent and promote the incubator through outreach, marketing and strategic engagement with the wider innovation community
  • Ensure smooth operations and functionality of incubator facilities

2. Award & Programme Management

  • Manage two flagship awards from call for submissions to post-award tracking
  • Design and run evaluation processes to ensure fair selection of high-potential projects
  • Oversee award disbursement, mentorship matching and milestone tracking for winning teams
  • Gather and analyse feedback to improve award cycles and enhance participant experience

3. Event & Marketing Leadership

  • Plan, organise and deliver high-impact events including the Asian Business Plan Competition (ABPC), SoC Startup Recruitment Fair, pitch sessions and award ceremonies
  • Execute events attracting 300+ participants per run, ensuring high quality and relevance for startups and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to raise awareness and participation in I&E programme

4. Additional Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update I&E website content, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Build and sustain relationships with startups, alumni and industry leaders to strengthen collaboration opportunities

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to engage founders, corporates and industry partners.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in event planning, marketing communications and community building.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
