Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented postdoctoral researcher to join our team in exploring topics in microeconomic theory, specifically in the areas of mechanism design, auctions, and information design. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to engage in interdisciplinary research that intersects with computer science, focusing on innovative approaches to designing mechanisms in complex environments using algorithmic tools.
Scope and Responsibilities:
The candidate is expected to conduct theoretical research in microeconomics, actively interact with faculty members and students at NUS, and participate in seminars and workshops at NUS.
Required skills and interests:
A solid background in microeconomic theory, particularly in mechanism design, auctions, and information design, preferably with experience in computer science.
Qualifications
PhD in Economics, Computer Science, Operations Research or related fields.
