Job Description

A postdoctoral research fellow in the lab of Prof. Sang Cheol Kim in the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at NUS to conduct electrolyte design and engineering for next-generation battery chemistries. 

The job entails molecular-level design of electrolyte components and solvation structures to improve electrochemical performance of batteries. 

Job Requirements

The candidate should have a PhD in chemical engineering, materials science, chemistry, applied physics or other related fields. A strong research track record and prior experience in electrochemistry, materials and devices are strongly preferred.
