AI Singapore (AISG) is a national AI programme launched by the National Research Foundation (NRF) to anchor deep national capabilities in Artificial Intelligence (AI). 
 
The programme office is hosted by the National University of Singapore (NUS) and brings together all Singapore-based research institutions and the vibrant ecosystem of AI start-ups and companies developing AI products to perform use-inspired research, grow the knowledge, create the tools, and develop the talent to power Singapore’s AI efforts

AI Singapore is sourcing for a diligent and detail-oriented Program Manager to join the AI Talent Development team in AI Singapore. This role is critical to the successful delivery of AI Talent Development programs and initiatives through robust project oversight, grant administration and compliance, and procurement support

The ideal candidate is highly organized and comfortable using data tools to monitor processes and recommend operational improvements, and well-versed in procurement and grant procedures within Singapore’s higher education ecosystem

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage funding paperwork and processes in accordance with AI Singapore’s hosting institution policies.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant procurement and documentation.
  • Support grant administration, including submission, processing, usage tracking and other metrics in compliance with funding terms and conditions.
  • Prepare and consolidate programme and financial reports for funders, ensuring alignment with KPIs and reporting deadlines.
  • Assist with general team operations such as internal coordination and scheduling, and documentation.
  • Provide contracting support to the partnerships team, including preparation of NDAs, agreements, and coordination with legal review and clearance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in procurement, grant administration, or programme coordination.
  • Meticulous, organised, and disciplined in documentation and process management.
  • Track record of skills in data analysis and reporting with current software and tools
  • Able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes in public or higher education institutions is a strong advantage.
