Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Research Assistant for a project on dental tissues regeneration. The successful candidate will manage laboratory operations and work independently on a project involving advanced research techniques in cell culture, molecular biology, and chemical analysis.
- Independently manage human cell culture experiments, including maintenance, passaging, and preparation of cells for further assays.
- Perform Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) for gene amplification and analysis.
- Conduct confocal microscopy and immunostaining for high-resolution imaging and detection of specific proteins in cells and tissues.
- Operate a dripflow device for the dynamic culture of stem cells in fluid environments.
- Be proficient in High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) for chemical separation and quantification.
- Perform Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectroscopy for molecular structure identification and analysis.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure compliance with safety and ethical guidelines.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and assist in the preparation of research reports and publications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor in dentistry, biomedical sciences or related field.
- Masters of PhD in Dentistry.
- Be proficient in High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) for chemical separation and quantification.
- Perform Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectroscopy for molecular structure identification and analysis.
- Strong expertise in human cell culture, PCR, confocal microscopy, and immunostaining.
- Experience with dynamic stem cell culture using a dripflow device being able to setup and operate a dripflow device independently.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records.
- Be proficient in the preparation of research reports and publications.
