Job Description

To provide research support in applying deep learning and computational approaches to biological problems, specifically focusing on protein and RNA structure prediction/design and molecular interactions. The role will contribute to advancing our understanding of cancer biology through AI-driven analysis and modelling.

Duties & Responsibilities
•    Develop and implement deep learning models for modelling complex structures, using modern AI frameworks and computational tools
•    Process and analyse large-scale biological datasets, including molecular structure data
•    Collaborate with team members on various computational biology projects
 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or related field
• Programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch) 
• Knowledge of computational biology concepts and molecular structure analysis
