The National University of Singapore invites applications for the position of Research Assistant in the Department of Computer Science, School of Computing (SoC). We seek to play an active role both internationally and locally in the core and emerging areas of Computer Science and Information Systems.
 
The successful candidates will be responsible for working closely with the incoming Assistant Professor Dr. Chengpeng Wang (https://chengpeng-wang.github.io/) and lab members on one or more research projects in the area of intelligent code auditing. He/she should possess experience or interest in at least one of the following research areas:

• Software Engineering
• Programming Languages
• Software Systems Security

Qualifications

• Bachelors or fresh Master’s degree in a relevant area for research assistant position
• Experience in research in program static analysis, testing, or verification.
• Candidates with publications in top-tier conferences in Software Engineering, Programming Languages, or Security are preferred
• Familiarity with program analysis frameworks such as LLVM, Soot, etc., is preferred
