Job Description

 

We are hiring a Research Associate (RA) to study the desiccation induced crack in clay barriers.
 

The selected RA is required to:
 
•    Develop a phase field model considering elastoplasticity and absorption.
•    Extend to make the complex thermo-hydro-mechanical-chemical environment with application to practice.

Job Requirements


•    Possess at least a master’s degree in relevant field.
•    At least 2 years or more of relevant work experience. 
•    Has demonstrated research or professional background that aligns with the development of the topic.
•    Experience in multiple areas is highly desirable.
•    Exhibit proficiency in coupled multi-phase modelling and phase field modelling.
•    Display strong teamwork capabilities.
•    Effective communication skills; written and spoken.
