•    This project focuses on the application of prior knowledge-guided, deep learning-enabled optimization and synthesis methods for the innovative design of metamaterials. By integrating prior scientific knowledge into advanced deep learning frameworks, the project aims to create novel models that can optimize metamaterial designs more effectively. 

•    The ultimate goal is to achieve groundbreaking designs characterized by enhanced performance, unique functionalities, and the discovery of new principles governing metamaterials. These models will bridge the gap between conventional design techniques and modern AI, offering insights into unexplored territories of metamaterial design, thus advancing both theoretical understanding and practical applications across various domains.

Qualifications

•    Min a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

•    At least 5 years of experience in the fields of electromagnetics and antenna engineering.

•    The candidate will be responsible for analyzing and incorporating prior knowledge into the design of metamaterials, developing deep learning-enabled algorithms, and proposing generative design methodologies to achieve high-performance metamaterial designs. 

•    The role also includes synthesizing innovative and powerful metamaterials with exceptional electromagnetic (EM) properties and applying these advanced metamaterials to the design of new antennas.

•    Open to Fixed Term Contract.
