Job Description

The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the National University of Singapore is recruiting a Research Engineer. The successful candidate will work on experiments and numerical modelling of 3D breaking waves and wave-current interaction. The candidate should have strong knowledge background in terms of waves, currents, turbulence, etc. Experience with experiments and CFD model will be advantageous. Job Requirements

•    Possess at least a Masters degree in Civil Engineering with related research experience.
•    Candidates with background in fluid mechanics, coastal and ocean engineering, experimental methods are encouraged to apply.
•    Strong written and spoken communications.
•    Good in quantitative analysis.
•    Strong written and spoken communications.
•    Good knowledge of CFD analysis and programming skill is an advantage.
•    Open to fixed-term contract.
