Job Description

  • Lead full-cycle management for carbon capture research & engineering projects, track project milestones, supervise deliverables, control budget compliance, and implement all funding guideline requirements.
  • Serve as the core liaison for all internal and external stakeholders, including international academic teams, industrial partners, equipment vendors, and funding authorities, conduct daily cross-team coordination and regular communication.
  • Coordinate multiple parallel work packages under tight schedules, resolve cross-departmental and cross-institutional project issues in a timely manner.
  • Organize project meetings, draft agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on all action items to ensure full implementation.
  • Arrange site visits and conduct on-site coordination at industrial facilities as project needs require, support engineering deployment and field test execution.
  • Prepare various formal project documents, progress reports, and funding compliance materials.
  • Manage overall project schedule, monitor work progress, and ensure all tasks are delivered on time within the approved timeline.
  • Carry out routine administrative work of the project, including document sorting, progress filing, data collation, and regular progress summary submission.

Qualifications

  • Education Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in chemical engineering, business administration, management, or related disciplines; candidates with dual backgrounds of engineering and management are preferred.
  • Professional Experience: Have formal working experience or internship experience in research & engineering project management; candidates with 3+ years of relevant full-time professional experience are highly preferred. Prior experience communicating and cooperating with overseas academic teams, manufacturing enterprises, and equipment suppliers is a distinct advantage.
  • Professional Knowledge & Tools: Fully familiar with end-to-end full-cycle project management procedures, covering milestone tracking, deliverable supervision, budget control, and funding regulation execution. Proficient in mainstream office software and common professional project management tools.
  • Communication: Excellent written and oral proficiency to independently complete international project documents, meeting records, coordination, stakeholder liaison, and formal reports.
  • Soft Skills & Personal Traits: Possess outstanding cross-team coordination, multi-stakeholder liaison, and independent problem-solving capabilities. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple parallel work packages under tight deadlines. Willing to travel and conduct long/short-term on-site coordination at industrial production facilities as required.
