Job Description

• Fabrication of 2D materials based memristors using mask aligner, electron beam evaporator and shadow masks
• Characterization of 2D materials based memristors using a semi-automatic probe station, semiconductor parameter analyser.
• Characterization at the materials level using SEM, TEM, FIB, XPS, and Raman Spectroscopy.
• Other routinal paperwork related to the correct functioning of the group, including purchases, contract preparation and reimbursements.
   

Qualifications

• PhD in Materials Science and Engineering plus 3 years postdoc in memrsitors. 
• Proficiency in using all the above mentioned machines
• Publications in top journals
• Fluent in English and Chinese language (including read/write) as the candidate is also expected to support applications for funding in collaboration with China (for example, with the NUS - Suzhou Research Institute).
