The successful candidate will work with Dr Gloryn Chia on developing cancer vaccines.
We are seeking a highly motivated Research Fellow with expertise in Bioinformatics to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with clinicians and scientists to develop and implement bioinformatics pipelines for identifying and validating cancer vaccine candidates, with the goal of translating research findings into clinical applications.
Responsibilities will include analyzing bulk and single-cell RNA sequencing data to uncover immune interactions within the tumor microenvironment (TME). Additionally, candidates will explore 3D protein structures to investigate protein-protein interactions and delve into the fundamental mechanisms underlying gene function. This will involve studying gene regulation, expression dynamics, and their impact on cellular pathways to uncover critical insights into disease biology and therapeutic targets.
