Job Description
The CRISPR and Genome editing Lab led by Asst. Prof. HU Chunyi is a new research group in the Department of Biological Sciences at National University of Singapore. We are identifying and developing new CRISPR-Cas systems and genome editing tools for precision medicine.
We are actively seeking one highly motivated Post-Doctoral Fellow (Research Fellow) to join our efforts and lead projects in researching and developing novel CRISPR-Cas systems and applications based on the new systems.

Qualifications
Ph.D. in one of the disciplines: Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Biophysics (Structural Biology), Bioinformatics or related fields.
Skills:
- With good publication track. At least one research article published in top journal (IF>10) as the first author.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills and able to work well in an interdisciplinary team.
- Highly motivated and independent.
- Organized, dedicated and reliable.
- Critical thinking and scientific achievement in research, exemplified by publications, conference presentations or patents.
