Job Description
The successful candidate will work with Assoc. Prof. Han Vinh Huynh and Assoc. Prof. Utkur Mirsaidov on the exploration of methods for selective etching in the pursuit of improving the fabrication of interconnects in semiconductors. To achieve this a detailed understanding of the (redox) chemistry of various current etching methodologies is crucial. Synthetic skills and knowledge in molecular chemistry are advantageous. In addition, s/he will assist the PI in overseeing daily operations of the lab and training junior lab members.
Qualifications / Discipline:
- Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Chemistry or Materials Science
Skills:
- Synthetic skills in organic and inorganic chemistry
Experience:
- Experience in molecular and surface science including hands-on experience in various analytical techniques (NMR, MS, TEM, SEM, XPS, etc.)
