Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Research Fellow to develop a compact, accurate chemical kinetic mechanism that captures the cracking behaviour of Jet-A1 under sub- and supercritical conditions. Major duties and responsibilities include:
• Molecular dynamics simulation of the cracking pathways of Jet-A1 under supercritical conditions.
• Development of cracking mechanisms of Jet-A1
• Supercritical thermophysical property characterization
• Mechanism reduction for CFD simulation
• Chemistry validation in working conditions of detonation engine situation
