Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and capable researcher to join our research group. The successful candidate will contribute to development of cultured meat and sustainability, focusing on developing innovative media and sustainable processes. This position enables the researcher to work on issues in food and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research on media development and cultured meat
• Collaborate with cell biologists, biotechnologists, team members and other stakeholders
• Scientific writing
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
• Ph.D degree in a relevant field such as cell culture, fermentation, food bioscience and food science
• Ability to work independently to plan, design and conduct experiments, analyse and interpret data
• Proficiency in English, with good scientific writing and oral communication skills
• A good understanding of media formulation, cell physiology, nutrients, growth and metabolism
• Analytical skills, especially analysis of chemical components
