Job Description
The Research Fellow will conduct experimental research on advanced nanoelectronic devices and materials for monolithic 3D integration.
Responsibilities include device fabrication and process development using cleanroom and wet-lab facilities, electrical characterization and data analysis, and integration of emerging materials such as carbon nanotubes and oxide semiconductors.
The candidate is also expected to contribute to research publications, mentor graduate students, and support collaborative projects within the department.
Qualifications
• PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a closely related field
• Strong background in nano/micro-fabrication and semiconductor device physics
• Hands-on experience with cleanroom processing, thin-film deposition (e.g. ALD), lithography, etching, and electrical characterization
• Experience with carbon nanotubes, oxide semiconductors, or emerging device technologies is a strong plus
• Good scientific writing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a research team
• Open to Fixed Term Contract
